After years of serving as Marshall County’s Coroner — a role requiring accuracy, honesty, and clear communication — Cody knows how critical transparency is to public trust. He believes residents should always know how their tax dollars are being used and what decisions are being made at each level of government.

Cody has seen firsthand the impact that delayed improvements and advancements can have on the citizens of Marshall County. As Revenue Commissioner, he will prioritize cooperation of this office with other government offices, establishing an office that works for the people, and a stronger county government that meets the needs of our growing county.

Serving with the Beulah Volunteer Fire Department, Cody understands the importance of these services and how funding is the largest struggle. With the growth of campgrounds and the use of manufactured homes, it is more important than ever to ensure these departments who provide critical services to the citizens, receive the funding needed to maintain its services. Cody's pledge is to work with these departments and not against them. 

Marshall County is growing — and Cody is committed to guiding that growth responsibly. Supporting local businesses, protecting rural communities, and making decisions that strengthen families are all central to his vision.
